My girl does fine work. I love my bbq and cooking meat but I'm always happy to hand over the tongs and stand back when she gets inspired!

I have a request. I know your wife is an American chef and lamb is not big over there but surely she has an ultimate lamb recipe she could share. I'll try and replicate it because lamb is my favourite meat of all time.

She hates lamb, can't stand the smell of it, so she'll neither cook nor eat it.
Though one time she braised lamb shanks for us and they were amazing. She's also allergic to white fish, walnuts, and bananas, unfortunately. 🥺
