Physio fixed my shoulder so I can actually do stuff. Can’t go to rehearsal tomorrow because I haven’t had a chance to learn new material.
I realised today how long it’s been since I’ve just walked around the city. I felt so uncomfortable and that’s not good.
So I’ll be going in everyday I don’t have an interview. There’s a franchise of the gym i go to so two birds one stone.

I've mowed the front yard and done another run to Bunnings - they have finally restocked the mulch etc. that they were out of yesterday, so I have another four bales of that. I bought a pot for the mint, and bought a couple of other pots that were on special, I think I'll try them for some basil and corriander.
I need to find something for lunch then get onto the planting.

It won't stop raining and they're miserable.
They find a Cafe but it's not open yet.
A guy turns up. He's like the overseer of this particular patch of the afterlife. He's not happy that they are here.
Cafe opens, it's just a lady that owns it. She let's the trio come in and get out of the rain. They tell her about the overseer.
He comes past to complain to the cafe owner about the trio. Cafe owner lifts his wallet without him noticing and opens it while he isn't looking.
She turns to the trio and gets a look of extreme terror on her face, and screams silently.
Everyone disappears except for one of the trio who's now standing on the beach by herself in the rain. The cafe has also disappeared.
I wake up terrified that someone that should be sleeping next to me has disappeared.

Finished listening to Traitor.

The book didn't go into all the pressure Ed endured to abdicate while at the same time wallis was pleading for him to stay on the throne.
I recall a report I read decades ago from courtiers and politicians who were the ones who pressed Ed to resign. Not only was Ed a lazy lying thieving bastard , that could be coped with, it was known he was a nazi , not a sympathiser, a full blown believing nazi who had a pact with hitler to surrender with britain to become part of the 3rd reich empire . ( that includes Australia ) Wallis was a paid spy as were their friends.
This is why they were hated and never forgiven by politicians and his family ( who knew every sordid detail ) til the end.

I just bought myself a Ninja Creami, cos they're on sale. Made some "ice-cream", this thing is great. Winged it with: Watermelon, Avo, honey, soy milk and vanilla protein. Coulda used a pinch of salt and citric acid.

I bought one recently too and love it, I need to try your blend. I’ve been mainly using milk / cream / yoghurt blends which turn out nice. Latest one used protein powder, vanilla essence and peanut butter. Then add a crushed up biscuit as a mix in.

I'm trying to lower my animal product intake and generally improve my diet so the DIY aspect is great for me.
My thought process was starting with the watermelon (cos it was on sale), then adding fat - I was going to soak/blend cashews but had avo's that needed using, then protein powder cos it's good, then soy milk because it was too dry, then a smidge of honey to sweeten.
I think I'm gonna try plain pureed watermelon tomorrow.

In Boomer Shooter news Don't Stop Girly Pop now has a demo. It looks like Utrakill mixed with 2000's Bratz doll chic, is made by an Australian dev, and the internet kind of bullied them to change the name to Don't Stop Girly Pop because it fit the theme of the game so much better than the original name.

I also got another USB4 cable for the dock on the TV. The first cable off Aliexpress was perfectly fine. I just felt 50cm was still a little short, so I got a 1m as well. These cables seem pretty solid so worth a stab if you need one instead of like $50 from the places around here

It's still USB-C shaped but it's all about the insides. I'm not sure if USB4 cables are Thunderbolt cables but they're the USB-C cables that can do video and internet over USB as well as data

Here's the one I got from the most recent order. I haven't stressed too much about getting a cable from the right store because I've just made sure the name lines up and at $4 you either get the cable you were after or a still pretty cheap C to C cable
Well western/European honeybees are kept for farming and pollination, but they do have feral hives in the bush. Hard to know if it was part of a commercial hive or feral, but I lean to feral.
While they do push out our native species, they also pollinate our native plants too, so it's a grey area.
I try to avoid killing any bees, as a personal rule, because without them we'd all starve, and the global bee population is endangered

My new SSD enclosure arrived yesterday as well and this one works. Even with having to buy 2 I'm about $40 ahead of going to a regular store. And the SSD does work, it just doesn't get picked up by the laptop anymore it seems like. So at least that means I can get the few files I had on there off. I might get the things I want off there and do a reformat, see if the laptop can pick it up again.
I'm not going to rush out and buy another SSD as 2TB is more than enough for it. But it has a free slot and if I can get a little more use out of this SSD I'll see what can be done.
