Lemon herb air fryer wings and a simple salad. If you've got an air fryer I strongly recommend playing around with wings or drumsticks, they're amazing (and cheap)! 🤤

Polishing off the last of the butter bean butter chicken. It'll be a nuce and easy spag bol tomorrow, to see out the end of the week. Got too much on for much in the kitchen this week.

It's our Friday, which is Taco Tuesday, which is why I had a leftover chicken burger in a wrap and a couple of beers

The hospo life is different but so fun, i definitely miss the social aspect of it. Its nice to have Fridays nights to myself again though.

True. To be fair though, it's just the two of us so we can (and do) take the time off when we want to. Probably the best schedule I've ever worked (no long chef hours & days!)

Yeah, i's front of house in my last role, definitely shorter and better for the lifestyle aspect.
