I don't know if I've forgotten how to computer or what, but having only recently (and begrudingly) downgraded to Windows 11 for my work desktop PC I've only just now had to try changing the timezone.... because apparently it's placed me in Melbourne and refuses to change.
I literally could not change the time zone via GUI. There's no option in the "new" control panel, and the old control panel says I don't have access to change the time zone.
The disdain I have for the metro control panel/settings etc in widows 11 is strong, mine swapped to Germany keyboard layout the other week, legit ended up asking fucking perplexity how to correct, as the GUI was so utterly useless and unintuitive I nearly tossed the thing out the window
