I was all set for those buffalo cauliflower bites tonight, but had to stop in the downtown area of Armidale and there's a Chinese restaurant right here. Chinese takeaway is my biggest junk food weakness, so I'm currently waiting for some special fried rice and sweet and sour pork. 😋

It'll be the rest of the butter chicken in my household tonight, then once the kids are in bed i've got some lamb for osso bucco that needs preparing, to whack on in the morning.

Had a friend of ours cook us up some authentic Thai: coconut red curry chicken and shrimp shu Mai, and pork in wonton shells, basmati rice
