Haha no thanks! My wife gets the credit. She was a chef for over 2 decades, until a really bad work injury requiring multiple surgeries ended that career path. After many years of healing and lifestyle changes she's recently rediscovered the joy of cooking and I'm reaping all the benefits. 😜
But nobody in this house is going back into the food business, I can guarantee that!

Noice! A while back I decided that nachos in my house would be presented in a build your own buffet style, in a disposable foil tray. Build em, oven em, enjoy, and toss. Revolutionary!
