Not a point of pride, but in the 10 years since we moved here from the states, mini tacos are one of the things my wife has missed the most. Spotted these at aldi and while they're obviously not an exact match, she's very excited for them to come out of the oven in 4 minutes.
I'm the last man standing while the boss and our 2 daughters are all sick, so dinner tonight is going to be a basic butter chicken.

🍻 They weren't the mini tacos she's used to, but they sure weren't unpleasant!
Finished work at 12, did the aldi shop, washed and dried a load of dishes, washed fruit and veggies, prepped a load of thighs for shawarma next week. Now taking 5 before doing dinner. Going to make it easy on myself and do trailer park butter chicken as well as dad's (trailer park) one pot spaghetti. No need to get fancy with a plague ripping through the house!
Hope your Friday night is more festive than mine will be!
