This one has a Cajun rub on it. I have about a half a cup of apple juice in the slow cooker. I'll make a spicy bbq sauce to slap on it before it goes in the oven for 15 minutes. Should be good. I'll let you know.

Roast veggies and chicken with gravy.
I've had enough uber eats for a few weeks.
Maybe a sneaky chocolate ice cream for desert lol

Pulled out a curry I thought was fish stock from the freezer, very pleasant surprise, and added some cornstarch slurry to thicken it up and that went over white & brown rice, shrimp, chilis and spring onions

I'll put chicken noodle soup in the slow cooker and hopefully can the candied jalapeƱos tomorrow. They got so many again! They all look good this time as well. Guess I'm putting jalapeƱos into food just because with an that extra.
