Awesome post, theres so much in here that i'm going to apply.
Unfortunately i still have to resort to baiting as a last resort. I try to use only rat/mouse traps now but in old houses with lots of narrow hidey holes it can be hard to place the traps where the rats/mice will see/smell them.
