I mean, what's the alternative here? I'm all about renewables for power generation but we can't solar, wind or hydro our way to steel. We either stop building stuff, or we continue to use coal for that.
The four mines will target mostly coal to be used for steelmaking with some thermal coal for burning in power stations.
I'm very interested in the specifics of how the word "some" is employed here.
