The whole plan is laughably stupid, but like a typical reactionary, he'll do his best to project his delusions onto reality.
Of course, even he doesn't really believe his own lies and this is just a delay tactic to keep fossil fuels around a little longer.

Just be aware that they'll claim a mandate start getting a huge majority. They won't get a huge majority, just like trump didn't, but that's what they'll use to justify their decisions
